What are Bento Buds lunch boxes and snack boxes made from?
Our lunch boxes and snack boxes are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone. What you see is what you get: simple, safe materials you can feel good about.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Our lunch boxes and snack boxes are dishwasher safe, top rack. We do recommend handwashing the silicone seal to keep it in top shape for longer
Are Bento Buds products free from harmful chemicals?
Yes. Our boxes are completely free from BPA, BPS, phthalates and lead. No plastic touches your child's food, ever.Â
Sizing & Suitability
What ages are your lunch boxes suitable for?
Our boxes are designed with kids in mind, but they work for the whole family. The lunch boxes are great from kindy through to high school (and beyond - plenty of adults have snapped one up for themselves). The snack box is perfect for younger kids through to adults. Anyone who loves a snack.Â

Personalisation
Do you offer personalisation or engraving?
Yes! We offer laser engraving on all of our products. Unlike labels that can peel or wear over time, laser engraving is permanent, durable, and designed to last.
Whether you're personalising an item for yourself or creating a thoughtful gift, simply add your engraving details at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. Flat rate shipping is $12, or get free shipping on orders over $175.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Personalisation takes a little longer. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
Care & Warranty
How do I keep my Bento Buds box in top shape?
Stainless steel is pretty forgiving. Wash with mild detergent or pop it in the dishwasher (top rack). Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the outside if you want to keep the finish looking sharp. The silicone lid is best handwashed.
What if something goes wrong with my box?
We stand behind our products. If there's a manufacturing fault or issue with your order, get in touch at hello@bentobuds.com.au and we'll sort it out. Lunchtime shouldn't be stressful.
