Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No stress. You have 30 days from purchase to return your order for a store credit.

To be eligible:

- Products must be unused and in original condition

- All original packaging must be intact

- Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, store credit only.

Something wrong with your order?

If your product has a manufacturing fault, we want to know about it straight away. Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
